Job Description Excerpt: Are you passionate about producing engaging content? We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Marketing department! To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.


  • Capable of content creation in regards to marketing campaigns and promotions appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost our brand awareness.
  • Comfortable with writing marketing material fast and efficiently for the various channels (emails, press releases, website, social media, blog etc.) on a regular basis.
  • Ensure content is aligned with uQualify’s strategic goals, campaign objectives and brand values.
    Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to our website.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and internal business partners to deliver highly effective initiatives, which includes website, branding and promotional campaigns, email journeys, display ads, content video and social.
  • Oversee copy from concept to completion, maintaining stewardship of tone voice and brand standards.
  • Have a good understanding of our company – what we do, who our clients are, what we communicate to them, using those insights to develop a content strategy.
  • Working with the Marketing team to produce effective advertising and email campaigns.
  • Excellent writing skills and have an eye for detail.
  • Proofreading of content
  • Develop engaging content that attracts the target audience.
  • Generate ideas for new content composition


  • Good sense of branding and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice in your writing.
  • Ability to write for multiple channels (long-form, newsletters, social media, etc.).
  • At least two years of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in the financial industry would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Weebly, Joomla, etc).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills in English for a B2B as well as B2C audience.
  • Familiarity with SEO
