Job Title: Head of On-boarding

Responsibilities:

The need for a seamless customer experience has never been greater. As Head of Onboarding, it is my responsibility to lead the first line of defence in terms of CDD and EDD during the onboarding process for our clients. Focusing on an efficient and transparent process, whilst supporting the Onboarding Team to ensure compliance consistency.
Working with our partners, I have built great working relationships based on a common goal to provide the best solution for our clients.

Favorite Hobby: Travelling to beautiful holiday destinations, mainly the Caribbean and Mexico. Walking my ‘fur babies’ along the coastline of Wales.
