From agreement to introductions

Four steps take an institution from first conversation to receiving qualified clients. You stay in control of your criteria, your data and every decision.

For financial institutions

The four steps

Agree terms

A partnership agreement and a data-sharing agreement set out how clients are introduced, how their data is protected, and how commercials work.

Set your criteria

We record exactly what you accept, product by product and market by market, alongside your rate card. These rules drive the matching engine, so nothing outside them is ever put forward.

Receive introductions

When a qualified business meets your rules and gives its consent, we introduce it with a full pack. Your team reviews it and makes its own decision, as it would with any applicant.

Keep it current

Your criteria can change at any time, and the matching engine applies the change from that moment. A named contact at UQG looks after your relationship, with regular reporting.

What an introduction contains

Your reviewers start from a complete file, not a blank page.

The business profile

Who they are, where they operate, what they do and what they need.

Checked documents

Incorporation, ownership and supporting documents, reviewed by our team before anything reaches you.

Screening results and a compliance summary

The checks we have already run, with our team’s written view of the file, prepared the way a compliance officer would read it.

Data and consent

Consent first

No client data is shared with any institution until the business has agreed to that specific introduction.

Covered by agreement

A data-sharing agreement governs what is shared, how it is held and how it is protected, before the first introduction is made.

You decide

UQG qualifies and introduces. Every credit and onboarding decision is yours alone.

Questions

Anything else, contact the partnerships team.

Who makes the final decision on a client?

You do, always. UQG reviews, qualifies and introduces, but we never make credit or onboarding decisions on behalf of any institution. Every introduction is yours to accept, decline or query.

How are our criteria captured?

We record them with you at the start, product by product and market by market: countries, industries, client types, currencies, volumes and risk appetite, together with your rate card. The matching engine applies them exactly as recorded, and you can review or change them at any time.

What does it cost, and how do commercials work?

uQualify is free for the businesses that apply; institutions pay UQG. The structure and the numbers are agreed between us in the partnership agreement, so they reflect your products and markets rather than a one-size-fits-all tariff.

How is client data protected?

A data-sharing agreement is signed before any introduction is made, and no client’s information reaches you until that client has consented to the introduction. You receive the data you need to make your own decision, and nothing more.

Can we change our criteria, pause, or leave?

Yes. Criteria can be changed at any time and take effect immediately, so you only ever receive clients who fit your current appetite. If you want to pause or end the partnership, the terms for doing so are set out in the partnership agreement.

Receive applications that already meet your criteria.
